Soccer

Sadie and Cydnie had their first soccer games this last week. It was Soooo much fun to watch them play. Sadie's team won 8-1, and she was quite the team player!! Cyd's team won 6-0, and she did just as I expected and was right in the middle of all the action. They have all started their golf lesson and are doing great! We have been swimming, and having fun in the sun! Finally! Jimmy and mom played in a golf tournament this last weekend and Yay, Mom got 4th place. Even won some money! It was so awesome! Hope everyone is enjoying their summer like we are!

Camping....A summer favorite!!

The weather was beautiful, and the scenery spectacular!! It was kindof a struggle, but the girls were able to come home early this weekend, Cole's luggage accidentally took a different flight than he did, Jake and Kels had to wait for Cassidie to get home from Boise and her big concert adventure, but we all made it up to Palisade's Creek this weekend and had a blast!! We ate; A LOT, we rode bikes, went on walks, played catch, went on a wild goose chase to see the Elk that grandpa just swore he had seen on the side of the mountain, played Snorta, waited out a rain storm, went on a hike, and just relaxed!! It was the perfect summer camping trip, except for the 5 of us that were missing! But there will still be time for them to join our adventures before school starts. Here are a few snap shots of the weekend and the beautiful country that we are fortunate enough to live in!! Enjoy!!

This is on the way back. They made it, they didn't complain much, and they had fun! Brings a smile to my face!

Busy Summer So Far!!

It has been a pretty fun-filled summer so far, and we're only 2 weeks into it! We had a very fun camping trip Memorial Weekend with a bunch of our closest friends. It was muddy, and we loved it!! Mom didn't even freak out about us not bathing all weekend!! Heath and Lacey and Riley came home and we got to babysit Riley all day while they "took care of business." It was a blast! Then we had birthday dinner for Grandma Debbie that night and got to listen to the comical stylings of Aunt Lacey!! We have been to several of Jaden, Chayse, and Kasen's baseball games and that's been a lot of fun. We got a new slip n slide, and well, we have had the chance to play with it, well once. We've had lots of rain and thunderstorms. We've had a couple of fun sleep-over's at aunt Callie's house with our cousins. And now, uncle Cole is home for the weekend, and while Cassidie was out at Grandma Karen's earning money for her new Nintendo DS, Sadie and Cydnie and Mom went golfing with him. We have lots of fun stuff planned for the weekend! Hope you are all enjoying your summer!!

Okay, so I can't figure out how to get the slide show at the top of the page, or the introduction!! I will be so glad when Lacey is home so that she can help me. So, don't forget to go to the bottom of the page and checkout some of the other fun stuff I have added!!

We have all been so busy the last couple of weeks, and it is only getting busier with the last 2 weeks of school!! Cydnie had a fun birthday, but she said she hates birthdays because they are only here for one day, and then you have to wait a whole year for it to come back... We are getting excited to go camping next weekend, and golf leagues are in full swing. Mom golfs on Tuesdays, and Jimmy golfs on Wednesdays! The girls will be starting lessons probably closer to the end of June!! Will keep you all updated!!
